Five on Monday

Hello friends and happy Monday!!

ONE //
I had originally planned to post my regular Five on Friday, but I had an appointment for an alignment massage and then Carson had an award ceremony at school so I ended up running out of time.  We are so proud of our little A-B honor roll kiddo!  And for those of you wondering if an alignment massage feels good, the short answer is no, but afterwards you feel amazing.  If you're in the area and looking for someone who specializes in this, I highly recommend Donica Todd...oh yeah, and she's also a certified doula as well.  My body needed major alignment (especially my back) and I am already feeling so much better about going into labor!

Exactly how I'm feeling at this very moment!

TWO //

Since Taylor will now be sharing her bathroom with her new little sister, I decided to make a few little updates.  If any of you are looking for bathroom hardware, I seriously cannot recommend this brass set enough!  I was blown away with how heavy and sturdy every single piece was, and it looks so pretty in their bathroom.  I also found this gorgeous set of pink floral jacquard towels here for only $34!  They are so plush and even prettier in person.

I have also received quite a few questions about this monogrammed hand towel.  I actually bought mine here locally at Monograms on Daniel Island.  I did, however, find the exact towel online here and it's actually a good bit cheaper as well :)  As far as the rest of Taylor's bathroom details, including her mirror, sconces, and accessories, you can find them all here.

THREE //

We are in need of some new furniture for our small deck and I found some really great, affordable pieces on amazon.  These are the three that I'm debating between now...do you guys have a favorite? And speaking of outdoors, I am also loving this gorgeous outdoor rug and this cool cooler/side table.

I love the way the side tables are built into the arms on this one.

I love this set because you have the option to set it up so many different ways, plus, the cushions are washable.  That is HUGE because I know the light color cushions may get dirty faster.  It does come with darker colored cushions as well if you all prefer that more...y'all know I'm partial to the cream color.

Even though I prefer the look of the two above, I'm considering this one because I know the frame will last forever and it is pretty much indestructible.

FOUR //
Last week, I realized that the one thing that we didn't have many of for baby girl were burp cloths.  Being that Taylor and Carson both had really bad reflux, I decided it was probably a smart decision to order some.  I found these on Amazon of course, and again, it's another one of those things that I was very happily surprised with the quality and the super cute designs!!  These are super thick, and by reading the reviews, they are super absorbent, which if you've ever had a reflux baby you know is super important :)

FIVE //

And last but not least, there are a few really good MLK Day sales going on today and below are a few of my favorite pieces from the best sales currently going on right now!

  1. Before ordering a patio set from Amazon be sure to check the measurements, especially the height.
My daughter order ordered what looks like the same one last year and was shocked at how small it was.

  3. I own the second patio set you listed - we bought it this past fall and absolutely love it. It is short but large, I think that is normal for patio sets. We also bought a nice patio storage box from Home Depot that fits all the cushions. Let me know if you want info on that or any photos of the set on our deck, good luck!
