If you guys would please take a minute and pray for my friend Katherine. Her mother was diagnosed in 2011 with Alzheimer's (you can read her story here). My heart breaks for Katherine and her family. I can't even imagine what it must be like to have your mother go through something like this at such a young age.

I am all over this for breakfast next week! These all look amazing. I will be sure to report back which is one my favorite! Man, I love toast so much!

Remember these jeans I blogged about last week? Well, I ordered them and they are amazaballs!! They are so soft and the rise is perfect! They are a little long on me so I just gave them a good cuff. You can save 20% off of your first order with the code "doitindl20"

Taylor becomes funnier by the day you guys! She has such a spunky personality, but she is also ALWAYS into something. Her new thing when I ask her to do something she doesn't want to do is to put her fingers in her ears and tell me, "I can't hear you mama". I mean she is two y'all....how does she already come up with this stuff :)

I know this picture is a little blurry, but remember this vest from last year!?! I know a lot of you said it sold out and you were bummed you didn't get it, but you can now because it's back at Loft! They are having as huge sale 40% off of EVERYTHING!!!!!

The kitchen is coming along!! The backsplash is being installed today and next week the cabinets are being painted (along with some touchup work...AKA - all the exposed wood you see). I am struggling with whether or not we should paint the cabinets because they actually look lighter with the marble and I wasn't expecting that to be the case. They are the lightest off-white right now, but I think a bright high gloss white will make them pop even more! Odds are they will get painted. What's y'alls thoughts on this...would you paint them or leave them? I can't wait to have it all finished and show you guys a completed kitchen.
Your kitchen looks AWESOME!! And I would still paint the cupboards, I think you are right - they will definitely make a difference! And little Taylor is just like my SJ - sweet and sassy at just two! x
ReplyDeleteI say paint them I know you and you wont be happy til they are painted. It looks gorgeous!!!
ReplyDeleteGirl DL 1961s are all I wear these days. They are the best!!!
ReplyDeleteYour kitchen looks great!! I say don't paint them. It looks beautiful as is. Instead I would paint the walls a different color- maybe a dark gray! The contrast would be amazing, especially with the marble counters.
ReplyDeleteYour kitchen looks so freaking good. I might actually cook in there!
ReplyDeleteyour kitchen is gorgeous!! congrats! xo jillian - cornflake dreams
ReplyDeleteI am in love with how your kitchen is coming along! I cannot wait to see more pics!!
ReplyDeleteYour kitchen is coming along beautifully, I would wait until your backsplash is installed to really makeup your mind about the cabinets. If you do decide to leave them, painting the walls a deeper color will make them look even more white. That faucet is soooo dreamy!
ReplyDeleteok the kitchen might actually be sexy. is that weird? it's just so sleeeeek. now go dirty it up (hahahahha, get me?). pervin' on a friday, that's me. anyway, love those jeans and i posted about toast today too. you'd love it!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely paint those cabinets!! Your kitchen is looking so good, but that glossy white will make it so much better. :)
ReplyDeleteHave fun breaking in that kitchen! (wink wink) And THANK YOU for posting!!!
ReplyDeleteYour kitchen looks great! I say paint the cabinets. It looks great now, and you could totally get away with not painting them. But a nice high gloss white will look even better. Cant wait to see the finished kitchen! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteIt looks awesome! I vote paint the cabinets - I agree that it will make them pop. :)
ReplyDeletewhat faucet did you end up with? I am in the process right now too and trying to find a less expensive option.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! Paint them!
