Train Day Tuesday..........

4 Rounds
12 Squat presses with 15 lb dumbbells 
12 Box jumps 
12 Push-ups

100 lunges (just body weight) 

This little workout may not look like much, but it's killer. Let me know how your ass and legs feel after 100 lunges ;)

What I wore :

I am seriously in love with my new pink yoga pants and studio tank!! Victoria's Secret Sport does not disappoint! The pants are tts and sit pretty high (which I love).

I know, I know, white girl got booty ;) Me and the taco bell may have to take a break for a few weeks ;)
