Gettin on it.........

The clean eating train that is.

Ya'll I don't know what is up with me lately, I have been eating like a man, and strait up dominating some fast food. I know just thinking about makes me want to vomit.

So I keep telling myself I've done it before I can do it again. But as I am telling myself that I am usually stuffing my face, and thinking I will start tomorrow.

The scale just aint pretty ladies.

Note: I don't like muscles on a women, I prefer this body type.

(Pretty much perfection I know, but you get the idea)

So ladies give me some recipes or some fabulous sites to get me started on the eating clean train!

I do plan on making this today for lunch, because I do love a bean. 

Plus Thursdays will now always be healthy because my girl Natalie will be whipping up our healthy dinner for us, Love her.


  1. I make a bean salad that looks very similar to that one. So yummy!! 1 can of chick peas, half a red onion, 1 yellow bell pepper roasted then chopped, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt, then top with fresh grated parm.

  5. Pinterest, such awesome recipes and you can find anything you're looking for! I love Natalie's recipes-especially the Greek Salad lunch one, ate that a lot over the summer. Healthy meets Hungry is really good too-and she's local for you!

  6. Good for you. I find that I either exercise a lot or eat really well, but I'm terrible at doing both at the same time.
