St. John - What's in my suitcase (along with sizing and fit information)

You guys, I can't believe I will be getting on a plane in less than 24 hours!!! I have a list about a mile long that I need to complete today, but I for once I actually feel organized so I am confident that I will get it all done. I'm still a pen and paper girl all day long. There's just something about physically writing out a list out that helps me feel more at ease...checking it off brings me so much joy ;)

The news I'm most excited about is that I'm all packed early for once!!!! I usually pack my bags the night before in a rush and then I feel panicked the next day that I forgot something, or that I didn't pack enough. So this time, I made sure that every time I had a box arrive I tried it all on, and then I hung all the items that were keepers. I also made sure that I snapped a quick picture so that I could share the size and fit with you guys. And apparently everyone is ready for summer (or heading on a tropical vacation), because resort wear is selling out super fast already this year!

So, here is what I have packed up and ready to roll for my trip! And I must admit, I do have one more pair of shoes and two Lilly items arriving today, so if those are keepers I'll be sure to share those with you guys as well.

Cover up runs tts and I'm wearing the small. I also love the way it cuts in a little on the sides, so it's not such a boxy fit.

Out of all the Sundress coverups this one is my favorite. I love the flowy ones with all the back tassels, but the fit of this one is SO much better. It's also fully lined, and not see through at all so you could also wear it as a dress or a cover up. Also, it runs tts and I'm wearing it in the S/XS.

It's hard to tell in this picture, but this cover up has the most gorgeous embroidered detail at the top, along with the cutest tassel ties on the side. It runs big though, so make sure you size down. For reference, I'm wearing the xs. This swimsuit, which you can see better below, is beautiful on. And I would say the swimsuit runs tts, if not, slightly big. I'm wearing the small.

This floral bikini is the best fitting bikini I've tried in a while, and the colors are stunning. As far as sizing, the bottoms and the top runs tts. I'm wearing the small in both. And this pink wrap bikini is a total steal at just $30 a piece, plus, the fit is super cute on this one as well. For sizing reference, both pieces runs small and I'm wearing a medium for both.

This pink Halter one piece is sexy without being too revealing. The top actually has support built in, but I still would not recommend it for anyone with a bust larger than a c cup. For sizing, it runs tts and I ordered the 2.

I am very excited about this dress for the trip. You guys I know I love a good maxi, and the fact that this one is floral and pink is just icing on the cake! It runs tts and I'm wearing the 2P.

I can never say no to a good leaf print! And wait until you see the adorable back, y'all!  It runs tts and I'm wearing the xs.

I had the hardest time choosing a color in the cut-out midi, but in the end, I went with the pale pink. And I know with a tan this beauty will look even better. For sizing reference, it runs slightly small and I'm wearing a small.

And last, but not least, is this simple and super soft shoulder tie dress. This is my favorite kind of dress to toss on in the hot summers, and added bonus, it has side pockets! It runs tts and I'm wearing the xs.

For sizing reference, it runs big and I'm wearing the xs.

  1. Hey girl! Such cute pieces!! So funny, I had that wrap bikini in my cart, as well as the shoulder tie dress. Is the shoulder tie dress lined? I'm worried about it being see through...especially in that pretty blue color!
