Tasty Tuesday

lemony arugula with warm shrimp and white beans

Ya'll this meal is amazing! I totally made it my own from the original so I wasn't too sure how it would turn out....happy to report it was Delicious!


What you need....
Fresh shrimp
a lemon
white beans
1 bell pepper
honey
salt&pepper
olive oil
salad mix (you can use any you prefer)
 Go ahead and mix up your dressing or base I should call it.

1lemon, 1/2 cup olive oil, 1tsp of honey salt and pepper whisk together.


Cook up your shrimp in 2tsp of oil with just a little S&P.

Then toss in your chopped bell pepper, beans, and lemon dressing. then let this simmer until shrimp are tender. i think mine cooked for about 7 minutes.

Toss this shrimp goodness on your salad and ta-da dinner is served! And this meal is extremely healthy!!!
